The First 30 Days

This is the first phase of The Slow Love Movement.

Monthly Focus

Phase 2 of The Slow Love Movement is to bring your focus to a specific structure, action, or practice in your relationship.

For one month at a time, bring your awareness to implementing one specific element. Even if you have already learned some things about this month's focus, as a client or in your own research, consider an even deeper awareness or exploration.

Phase 3 of The Slow Love Movement is to bring your attention to the way that your relationship is growing.

Relationships follow cycles like the seasons. Each season has appropriate actions & reflections to ensure your relationship continues to grow and evolve in a way that nurtures and supports you.

The Quarterly Focus will give you a structure to keep checking in with yourself, and with each other, so you can identify;

  • What is working really well
  • What isn't working so well right now
  • Where we could use some more energy, effort, and education.

Annual Focus
