As Michaela Boehm says, "the best practice is the one you do."

What that means is that it isn't 'better' to work through day-by-day, it is better to be consistent with the practice that works for you. You can choose to stay with any day for as long as you would like. If that means you do Day 6 for 30 days then that is just fine.

Take a moment to check in with yourself; have you been consistent with your Daily Bean? If not, I invite you to relax and gently return to the beginning.

It can seem hard that change like this could take months, or even years. I feel you. And I want you to know that small sustainable consistent change is the key to creating the kind of relationship you truly desire. It's like watering a plant; a little bit, often, creates growth.

Relax into slow love, and the rest will take care of itself.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
