Reflect on these days of Slow Love, and how you will bring these practices into your future, notice;
- How does it feel to slow down?
- What have you learned about yourself?
- What have you learned about your partner?
- What have you learned about your relationship?
- Which of the practices have you found most challenging? Why do you think that is?
- Which of the practices have you found most nurturing? Why do you think that is?
- When you think about the future, how will your relationship be different?
