Create a Joyful Moments Jar.

Slow Love lives in the quiet places when you are fully present.

It *is* the little things.

Take one of your clean empty jars and place it in the kitchen or dining room of your home. Each day or week (you could set a reminder), write a Joyful Moment on a post-it note.

It could be a moment of quiet joy, when you notice how much you love your partner's company. It might be a moment of hilarious laughter, a shared milestone in your family life, or an activity you have shared.

Shift your focus from the absence of extraordinary, or the presence of mundane, and notice the graceful string of joyful moments already in your life.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
