If I told you today to go back to the beginning & start again, what do you sense in your physical body? Do you feel constriction? Expansion? Tightness? Looseness? Any other sensation?

If I said to you today to go back to the beginning, how do you feel in your emotional body? What would you call the emotion you are experiencing?

If I said to you today to start again, what are the thoughts in the mind of your body?

How do you think these sensations, emotions, and thoughts reflect your desire to do things slow or fast?
