Bring your awareness today to your emotional state, and the thoughts you attach to those feelings.
For example, you might notice that whenever you feel a particular emotion, you have thoughts that;
- tell yourself different things about your partner or your relationship
- present a more optimistic or pessimistic view of your life
- cause you to interpret a sensation or emotion in a different way
Notice that this is the another layer to your FEEL (in your body) and FEELINGS (emotional state) practices. Bring a sense of neutral curiosity, these thoughts are not bad nor good, they just are.
Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.
