Day Twenty-Five.

A wooden door with the number 43. There is a wisteria vine growing, it looks like its flowing down from above the door.

It is so easy to be focused not on NOW, but on what's NEXT.

One of the times that many people miss an opportunity for connection is when you are saying your hellos and goodbyes.

Bring your awareness to conveying joy to your partner when you see them arrive;

Stop what you are doing, make eye contact, smile,  and take 1 minute to greet them affectionately. Even if you need to get straight back to the thing you're doing. Stop, look, smile! Equally, instead of rushing out the door, slow it down. Take one minute to connect lovingly before you separate for the day.

If you are away for work or leisure, you can still take the time to connect with a smiling selfie or loving text.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
