Day Nineteen.

Finding small moments to BE, without having to DO, is central to slowing down your life, and creating space for love.

Today, just be. Find a comfortable chair, set a timer for 3 minutes.

There are only two instructions;

  1. Sit in the chair for the full 3 minutes
  2. No external distractions (TV, phone, journal, other people etc).

Don't make it about something you think you 'should' do, like a breathing exercise, or meditation or mindfulness. Instead, allow a moment of white space in your day to do nothing. To be.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
