It is a paradox of change that it can happen in an instant, but takes time to embed and become sustainable.
The cultural paradigm that we can achieve massive change by taking massive action is deeply flawed.
It is, of course, possible...however the minutaie of your day-to-day life have been designed by you as a system to support the results you have right now. That means that any large, or rapid (or both) change, is unlikely to stick without a series of many minor adjustments to your day.
