It is a paradox of change that it can happen in an instant, but takes time to embed and become sustainable.

The cultural paradigm that we can achieve massive change by taking massive action is deeply flawed.

It is, of course, possible...however the minutaie of your day-to-day life have been designed by you as a system to support the results you have right now. That means that any large, or rapid (or both) change, is unlikely to stick without a series of many minor adjustments to your day.

Which rituals or routines in your day conflict with these new slow behaviours, or support the old status quo of your relationship?

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
