Bring your awareness today to your emotional state. 

At regular intervals ask yourself "what emotion do I feel?"

You might notice emotions like;
Joyful, nervous, frustrated, love, guilt, anxiety, cheerfulness, contentment, fear, envy, happiness. (Of course these are only examples) It is helpful to be able to name your emotions, so you communicate them with others.

You may also not be feeling an emotion, you may feel numb or neutral, which is fine too. Simply notice. Reflect on how this adds another layer to your FEEL practice.

Consider setting yourself a reminder of your chosen type so that you do this a few times over the course of each day. 

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.
