The relationship between you and your body is integral to your capacity for intimacy.
Mindful movement allows you to release old patterns, stop looping on negative thoughts, and access your intuition. Many people try to 'solve' problems using a "top down" (mind to body) approach by thinking their way out of them. It can also be very powerful to use a "bottom up" (body to mind) approach and tap into the wisdom of your body.
