Each day, take 3 minutes to move your body and focus on FEELing.

Relational skills are grounded in resourceful responses to the sensory data we receive from our environments & other people.

That data is received through the body via your senses, and then interpreted by the mind. An individuals level of sensitisation, awareness, discernment, and responsiveness to their inner landscape directly informs their level of relational skill in; managing stress, experiencing pleasure, attunement to self & others, setting & maintaining boundaries, making decisions, navigating conflict, emotional intelligence including self awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, & social skills.

I recommend Movement Koan by Steve James  (I do the "fast floss"), and The Non-Linear Movement Method® created by Michaela Boehm. You can book an online class with me to explore The Non-Linear Movement Method HERE.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
