Each day, share with your partner something you appreciate about them.
Think about what they do for, and with, you. Even more importantly, consider who they are as a person. Be specific, and provide an example. “I appreciate that you are _____. I noticed it last week when _____.”
Some things you might notice;
- A personal quality you admire
- Something about them that delights you
- A chore they do that you appreciate
- The impact they have on others
- You could share your daily gratitudes
