Each day, share with your partner something you appreciate about them.

Think about what they do for, and with, you. Even more importantly, consider who they are as a person.  Be specific, and provide an example. “I appreciate that you are _____. I noticed it last week when _____.”

Some things you might notice;

  • A personal quality you admire
  • Something about them that delights you
  • A chore they do that you appreciate
  • The impact they have on others
  • You could share your daily gratitudes

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
