The true power of slow love works like compound interest. The more daily contributions you make, the bigger the returns over time. consistent daily practice will transform the quality of the way you love and are loved.

The subtle shifts in awareness and small actions of this program have a layered and cumulative effect. Like a pearl, each minor irritation smoothed with layers of slow love, creates a precious and beautiful end result. Your Daily Bean is a good barometer of this. When you are consistent with your attention, the jar slowly fills. On a day that you don't add a bean, there are still layers of love to smooth over small gritty moments.

You might not notice things changing quickly, or even that anything is different at all. Still, it is better to do very small things every single day, than it is to make a larger gesture less often.

Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.

The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
