Bring your awareness today to your physical body.
At regular intervals notice "what does my body feel?" This is simply taking your shower "FEEL" practice out into the wild.
You might notice things like the air temperature, the points of contact between your body and the floor or chair, the feeling of your clothes on your skin, the sensation of sun or wind on your face. You might place a finger on your pulse and visualise your heart beating in your chest in time to the beat. Perhaps there is a particular sensation when you touch an object, an animal, a plant, or another human.
Decide on a reminder, or layer with another behaviour so that you do this a few times over the day, every day.
