Energy flows where attention goes, so let's begin by setting a daily intention to direct positive energy towards your relationship.
Take an empty jar and place it by your bedside.
Each day that you are part of the Slow Love Movement, add one bean, or a grain of rice (or a pebble, shell, marble etc) to your jar. This will now be a tangible reminder of your intention to direct positive time, energy, and attention into your relationship. I keep my jar by my bed, and have a visual phone reminder at 9:30pm~ I mentally commit to showing up for my relationship tomorrow, then add my bean.
This is an exercise in awareness, the jar represents your intention, not love, nor commitment, nor anything else (be kind to yourself. An empty jar is okay).
Remember: Take your time to work through this program. It's what you do today that matters.
The cumulative effect of small actions over time creates true intimacy & connection.
