One of the biggest killers of a relationship is… no fun. You know what they say; all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!

Same deal when it comes to love.

It’s so easy to get caught in the day-to-day of work, kids, chores, and the mundane. You take your eye off the ball for a second and all of a sudden you’re turning 40 and it’s 2 thousand and fricking 19! (you know, hypothetically). And you don’t even remember what you do for fun, let alone doing it together…

Loads of people have a bucket list, but that’s just a bunch of stuff you save for special occasions, or never. I reckon, fuck the bucket list and start incorporating fun into EVERY DAY.

Step 1 – Identify your top two motivators
Step 2 – Write a list of 10 things for each of them
Step 3 – Choose which ones you are going to do in 2018
Step 4 – Put them on your calendar!
Step 5 – Add layers to your existing routine.
